These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by RAE Industries LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), including AI automation, consulting, custom application development, and website creation services.
RAE Industries LLC provides AI-powered solutions for businesses, including but not limited to: AI automation and workflow optimization, AI consulting and strategy, custom AI application development, and website creation through our Curb WebPresence product.
Our Curb WebPresence service provides website creation, domain registration, and Google Business Profile setup for local businesses. The one-time fee of $199 includes initial website design, domain registration, DNS configuration, and hosting for one year. After the first year, hosting and domain renewal is available at $49 per year. Renewal is optional. If you choose not to renew, your website will be taken offline and the domain will not be renewed on your behalf.
Scope, pricing, and deliverables for AI automation, consulting, and custom application projects are defined on a per-engagement basis and agreed upon in writing before work begins. All custom work is subject to the terms outlined in the applicable project agreement.
For Curb WebPresence: if you are not satisfied with your website, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@raeai.ai for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. For custom AI services, refund terms are specified in the project agreement.
For website services, the domain is registered in your name and you own your business content. Website design templates and underlying code remain the property of RAE Industries LLC. For custom AI services, intellectual property ownership is defined in the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RAE Industries LLC retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services.
By engaging our services, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your project, account, or subscription. You may receive occasional product updates. You can opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.
