This Privacy Policy describes how RAE Industries LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our AI automation, consulting, custom application development, and website creation services.
Publicly listed business information: We collect business contact information that is publicly listed, including business name, phone number, email address, and physical address sourced from public directories such as Google Maps and Google Places. This information is used in connection with our Curb WebPresence website service.
Client-provided information: When you engage us for AI automation, consulting, or custom application services, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, business details, and any data or materials shared for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon service.
Website visitors: We do not collect personal information from visitors to raeai.ai beyond standard Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or track individual users.
We use publicly listed business contact information solely to inform local business owners about our web presence services. For custom AI engagements, we use client-provided information only to deliver the agreed-upon service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you receive an SMS from us, your publicly listed business phone number was sourced from Google Maps or Google Places. All SMS messages include opt-out instructions. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: up to 3 messages per outreach sequence. For help, reply HELP.
If you receive an email from us, your business email address was sourced from public directories or was provided by you during a service engagement. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or replying with "unsubscribe". Transactional emails related to active services are not subject to opt-out.
We retain publicly sourced business contact information for the duration of our outreach program. Client data provided during custom AI engagements is retained for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterward, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. You may request removal from our contact list or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@raeai.ai.
We use third-party services to operate our business, including Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (email delivery), and Twilio (SMS delivery). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. For custom AI projects involving sensitive data, additional security measures are defined in the applicable project agreement.
